I have to replace two burnt mosfets K5A50D in a toshiba hd tv.These mosfets are not available in the

Welcome to EP! I doubt that would be a suitable replacement, but it all depends on the circuit it's used in. A Vgss rating of +-30V is uncommon. Most FETs are rated +-20V only, so it's unlikely a manufacturer would specify a higher voltage type unless it were strictly necessary.

Simply Sunday afternoon project turned nightmare!

I don't do Apple either, but this might work : 1) Measure how long (Tdis hrs) it takes for the phone battery to discharge to, say, half charge, 2) measure the recharge time (Tch hrs), 3) use a 12V timer module to switch on the charger every Tdis+Tch hrs, and power the charger for Tch+1 hrs.

Sending MIDI signals via PIC's Usart module [SOLVED]

Start and stop bits are essential. See, for example, this description of the MIDI physical layer.

Sending MIDI signals via PIC's Usart module [SOLVED]

That's a 'note off' command. You want 0x9C for 'note on' on channel C.

    Detect AC Power supply

You can't get a negative voltage out, since the '814 output transistor is only connected to a +5V supply. What AC voltage are you trying to detect? 110V mains?

Acer Aspire 4310 laptop power shut off after 2 seconds

In that case I'd suspect the main battery has come to the end of its useful life. Even if the laptop works without a battery, the BMS may be shutting down the laptop as a safety measure to prevent chargibg of a faulty battery.

Piezo's. Both running them over distance and pre amps

Twisted pair cable, or screened cable, would keep noise/hum pickup to a minimum. Any capacitor would likely be more effective at the mixer end of the cable. Pre-amplification is clearly needed if you're having to crank the mixer to maximum gain.

Replacement for .5 MFD / 300 VDC Capacitor

Have you checked that the centrifugal mechanism isn't seizing and that it's contacts are in good clean condition? Any crud or stiffness preventing the contacts closing effectively could result in the resistor passing current for longer than expected and hence overheating.

Replacement for .5 MFD / 300 VDC Capacitor

Can you bypass the speed control and wire the motor to mains via a suitably rated fuse, to test if it runs correctly at full speed? If it does, then that would suggest the OEM resistor is indeed inadequately rated (assuming it is correctly wired) but doesn't explain how it survived up to now.

6v to 12v conversion for toy car

Welcome to EP! Replace the motor with a suitable 12V-rated one and install a 12V battery. You will also probably need to replace the BEC with a 12V-rated one to supply the radio/IR receiver. Be aware that the gearing from the motor to the wheels may not stand up to the higher torque which a more...

You wouldn't want to be in clothing at 50C for very long! That's painfully hot.

Replacement for .5 MFD / 300 VDC Capacitor

If the 300Ω resistor is in series with the motor winding to reduce the speed but is obviously passing excess current, then it seems likely the motor winding has a short-circuit fault.

Printing on cartoon box with industrial printer

You need to program the computer to read the sensor's output, count the output signals and drive the printer accordingly.

Then you would be exceeding the 12W power rating of the driver.

Handset is charging but cant pass 3%

The problem is likely either a dying/dead battery or a faulty charger. Does the charger work ok with a different battery of the same nominal type and voltage?
