The output range will be smaller as the +/- 5 volts range as the potmeter will be a load for the voltage dividers.
I would use a circuit like this:
The opamp will make a buffer to the synth.
The opamp can be powered from the +/- 10 Volts.

Only the frequencies given (27mm 4.0KHz ±0.3KHz and 35mm 2.6KHz ±0.3KHz) will be reproduced.
If you seller can give you a spectrum like in the link, you can tell more about the reproduction of the sound...
