PIC12f1501 used to turn a servo

Looking again at your code you are switching on for 18 ms and off for 2 ms, this is wrong. You only need one loop. If you want to make it go back and forth you need to try this. Set out for 1 ms on delay 18 ms .....do 50 times, set out for 1.5 ms on delay 18 ms....do 50 times, set out for 2 ms...

    TV interference from LED lamps

You could also try shielded power cables for the Leds power or a small rap around ferite bead for the current power cable. Adam

    Thermocouple RF Ammeter

I think they work by passing the rf current through a wire and basically measure the temp rise of the wire. If you know the resistance of the wire and its temp you could work out the current. The thermocouple just measures temperature with a voltage output related to temperature. Not sure what...

Issues with RF transmitter/receiver pair in DIY remote control car

Hello Robert. Before you try the common mode choke you could try and connect another two capacitor. Leave the one you have and connect another two capacitors. One from the positive (+) terminal to the case of the motor and another one from the common terminal (-) to the case and try that. Adam

Picaxe/mcp23027 i/o exp interface circuit diagram

Ok that's fair enough. I can't help with the picaxe I am afraid. PIC assembler and C, then I maybe able to help. I have however had good success running I2C from a chipkit development PCB. I had is communication to an I2C bus in a few hours once I found the right code. Adam

New but asking for help with MC / PWM ?

Hi Steve. This little PCB will do the motor control but will not charge the battery. The USB connector is for programming only. Although you maybe able to get a +5 Volt output from it which you could possibly connect to a battery charger IC (special one needed for Lithium batteries). I haven't...

Picaxe/mcp23027 i/o exp interface circuit diagram

Hi there. I dont know picaxe I am sorry. Looking at the code from the link I cant make out anything. Why do you choose picaxe out of interest. Thanks Adam

Picaxe/mcp23027 i/o exp interface circuit diagram

The mcp requires I2C Comms. I cant see the 14m2 supports I2C. This means writing your own code, I dont think this is possible for you sorry. Choose an mc that supports I2C is the best bet. Thanks Adam

Issues with RF transmitter/receiver pair in DIY remote control car

Sounds like you have some interference from the motors. Do you have any EMI supression capacitors across the motor? Adam
