    Low voltage cut in/cut out

How are you proposing to control the speed of the fans if you don't use PWM?

Automated Water Mister (closed circuit soleniod switched off)

What is the voltage/current rating of the solenoid valve? Edit: If using that particular soil sensor, this document says it needs a 3.3V-5V supply but it shouldn't be continuously powered.

I'm trying to rig a bike horn to an alarm clock

    Sorry Duke, I missed that.

I'm trying to rig a bike horn to an alarm clock

Another way is to keep the PNP and NFET that you have, but use the beeper signal to switch on an NPN which, in turn, switches on the PNP and hence the NFET.

    Motor with Speed Controller

Possible I suppose, but perhaps you were just unlucky and had a faulty controller. The linked controller looks to be beefier. I was amused by this bit of its write-up :- "This motor speed regulator has power supply reversed connection protection, over-voltage protection and 20A ceramic arc...

    Stepper motor control

You can get high torque modeller's servos with metal gears. Measure the force you need to move the shaft, Specify the rate at which you need the shaft to move and the distance involved.

    Motor with Speed Controller

Welcome to EP! A schematic of how you connected the controller, motor and battery would help us to help you. I see nothing in the controller's spec to indicate if it has inbuilt protection from the back-emf that the motor generates at switch-off, and from any commutation voltage spikes. If it...

But did you check that the polarity was correct?

    MFOS VCO fault

You could first disconnect at least one leg of each of C7/10 and discharge the caps, With a DMM on it's Ohms function connected across the cap, the measured resistance should quickly increase to a relatively high value (many k). If it doesn't, that would indicate a leaky cap.

    Can i plug a 115v power bar to 110v - 240v extension?

That would be the safest option. There's a chance the insulation of a 110V rated power bar could break down on a ~ 240V supply.

    MFOS VCO fault

They may well read 10uF, but did you check if they were leaky?

    SSR triac not releasing

Isn't that the whole purpose of an off-time delay relay? Switch off power, wait for time-out, relay switches off load.

    Op Amp with a/c output

As has been pointed out, the signal driving the ECU/PCM needs to track the frequency of the signal from the sensor. That means the sensor signal needs to be reliable; but if the sensor triggers the error code then presumably the sensor or the connectors/harness has a fault?

    Op Amp with a/c output

Can you explain a few things in your pic: 1) What is 'PCM' in this context? 2) Is Red/Blk the same as Red/Wht? 3) If Blue to Ground is 0V, why is Red to Blue different from Red to Ground?

    fuel gauge ground

Can you post a link to the gauge datasheet/spec/image?

    Op Amp with a/c output

Yes. A typical Hall sensor has a +ve supply wire, a ground wire and a signal output wire.

    Drill's battery not working.

What was the load? Whatever, the batteries are dead.

    Op Amp with a/c output

The Trans harness pic shows the Input Shaft Speed Sensor as a variable reluctance type with a coil resistance of around 1kΩ. So that's what you've got if that pic indeed relates to your car model.

    fuel gauge ground

Welcome to EP! Are you sure the sender unit has the right resistance for the gauge you're using? Sounds like the gauge might be intended to work with a higher-resistance sender.
