Industrial MIPI camera for Raspberry Pi - Questionnaire

Please answer this question: why would anyone use a 'domestic' SBC (Raspi) in an industrial environment?

How to measure DC precision Volt+Amp using microcontroller?

Simple fuses can protect equipment. Equipment draws what it needs - no more or less. The PSU you suggest will provide all the supplies you need without any additional regulation. Local filtering will take care of noise and if you need to monitor voltage/current then fit the PSU in a PC that...

Samsung Plasma Tv not power on PS43D450A2

Connect a resistor load to those outputs and retest. They may need some form of load in order to provide a REGULATED output. Are they DC outputs? Your measurements would do as you suggest if they were AC.......measured on a DC range. Faults don't always show as physical damage -...

....and I wouldn't, for one minute, contemplate soldering those wires back as they are! Trim them properly.

    right amplifier size for speakers

We need to know more about the speakers. Impedance, frequency range etc. Amplifier power output is largely irrelevant but obviously not to exceed the capabilities of the speakers.

    Accuracy Component Tester.

Personally I'd use a resistance meter to test a resistor and leave 'that' particular test device for what it was originally intended - semiconductors.

Samsung Plasma Tv not power on PS43D450A2

Plasma TVs don't use LEDs.... Disconnect output of power supply board and retest. If the PSU still won't start change the PSU module. You might have to fit a load to the PSU outputs to ensure regulation works properly though.

How to measure DC precision Volt+Amp using microcontroller?

Sounds like you're over thinking stuff (again!). Why the need for 25A - on the 3.3V line????? What on earth are you driving??? 12V at 70A?????? Do you know what size cable you'll need to take 70A to the load? If it is any distance from the source then the cable size gets to be 'ridiculous'...

Saitek PZ44 - Blown board repair

Pointless replying to such an old post. The brown stuff is simply GLUE and not a problem. Without a schematic and test equipment you're unlikely to fix any issues with the board. Look for cracked or loose connections on the sockets.

    Mystery IC

You should look for the onboard regulator for the meter and cut the trace to its input and make your three wire meter a four wire meter.

    Vizio flickering

LED failure imminent. Only solution is LED strip replacement - these are 'sided' (you need to know if it's a 'left' or 'right' fitting board. Flickering will only last for so long. Such TV sets have protection circuitry that detects when there are anomalies with the LED driving arrangement...

problem in fluorescent lamp with electromagnetic ballast

The inductive start-up of the fluorescent lamp may be 'pulling' the supply - how are you feeding the system? Is the cable rated for the maximum in-rush current of the lamp? Does your PSU have decent filtering (input) and smoothing (output)?

    Led electronic clock kit

The schematic shows both switches as 'push-to-make' although I can't find any specs for the numbers you quote. Do you have a test meter you can check them with?

Has anyone repaired a power supply in a Panasonic FS200 VCR?

Vacuum fluorescent? It happens with age and short of replacement there is little you can do about it.

Burglar alarm circuits failing to drive opto isolated EasyDaq DIO board

The option isolators will require series current limiting resistors - 470Ω should work.

    Led electronic clock kit

The legs are not 'square' on the body so the switch can only go in one of two ways, both of which will work. There should be no problem soldering any parts if you use the proper technique. Note that it is IMPERITIVE that the IC is placed correctly - you only get one chance!

What type of voltage regulators to use for IoT

How does a 'platinum high grade psu' differ from any other typical computer PSU? Will all your devices be located in a place to take advantage of he PSU? Without using long leads? You're overthinking the potential problems - best thing would be to proceed in a conventional manner and address...
