    Thanks, very kind of you, but I couldn't impose this on you. I have a PCB milling machine I can use for the prototypes, then I will get some manufactured if all works. If I have some spare PCBs I will send you one. I use DIP-TRACE for my PCBs. Thanks Adam

    Not sure, do you have the link of the website? We are yet to know how well mine will work until we have built it. I think over the next few weeks I am going to do a PCB layout and when I have the money I'll get a PCB made. Adam

    Yes it's quite common to see an NTC in power supply. It is used to limit inrush current. And PTCs are used as resettable fuses, we can probably rule this out as he has a standard fuse fitted.     Yes. Without the sense terminal, the power supply does not know what the voltage is at the load end. I mentioned it because it can be a good feature to have at times. Adam

    If you have a longish cable supplying a few hundred mA, and you set your PSU to say 12 Volts. You may only have 11.5 actually at the load. Using a sense terminal you can remove this error. Adam
