    Dave; Are you saying 60-75% IC failure, or Cap failure? Dork seems to be of the position that IC failure is rare, and you disagree? Sorry, my post started with a rough guess that 75% cap failure, but then I ask how often do you end up dead in the water with a failed (unidentified) IC.

    Some products have misleading marketing that claims a higher HP to make it sound better. Read the small print and you may find it's actually "peak horse power developed" not true HP. So your 7HP compressor may be driven with a 2HP motor.
