    From what I can tell, it's not possible to be selective with signature display (on a per post basis) - however it is possible for members to disable signatures from showing if they wish (https://www.electronicspoint.com/account/preferences).

    Good timing :). I'll make a post a little later on today about some of the new moderator tools, as I'm still working on moving the usergroups around (as there are now duplicates) - it's something I can only do after moving away from VB. I'll report back in a bit once I've made some progress.

    We've now completed the upgrade to the new forum software! :D Everything went very smoothly and all of the data has been moved over to the new system. We've still got loads of tweaking to do, so it may take a few days to have everything as we'd like - but we're 95% there and the site should...

    Not really sure what is causing this, but as we'll be upgrading tomorrow then that should hopefully sort out the problem :). If it did still happen for whatever reason, do let me know as perhaps it's something I can troubleshoot from this end.

    I'm just getting the base installation ready, so if all goes well the upgrade will take place tomorrow (9th April 2014) morning GMT. :) I'll lock the forums and have a very prominent notice when the upgrade is in progress, so no data will be lost during the import.

    Good work - a nice, modest amount :D. Not to VB, but to XenForo - it's much more secure than vBulletin which is a large part of the reason for the move. We'll be upgrading to XF 1.3 (perhaps 1.3.1 by Tuesday). I took a look at VB 5 and have kept a wide berth, I suspect it will be a long time...

    Thanks John - glad you like the look of it :D. I'm all for comments and feedback! Don't worry about the "points" system - there is one built in to the forum software, but I find it unlikely that we'll use it... it was just enabled in the screenshot I took from a fresh install (by default)...

    As you may be aware, we're planning an upgrade for Electronics Point sometime fairly soon (around Easter). The main part of the upgrade is changing the forum software to something a little more user friendly (and newer), but it also gives us the chance to have a play with forum categories...
