Hello,
The relays are single contact.
When no power is on the relays, the NC is connected to the COM.
When there is power on the relays, the NO is connedted to the COM.

Hello,
You can more often see some glue like substance around capacitors.
Sometimes it is a kind of silicon paste.
It can be for mechanical stability.
Is the fuse shown on the picture OK ?

Hello,
When 7 browsers give the same result, it must be an underlaying problem.
It could be that it is the fact that I am using a linux PC (opensuse).

Hello,
The given page tell you this:
H225: Highly Flammable liquid and vapor [Danger Flammable liquids]
H332: Harmful if inhaled [Warning Acute toxicity, inhalation]
H360FD: May damage fertility; May damage the unborn child [Danger Reproductive toxicity]

Hello,
The 2N3866 will be capable of about 1 Watt.
The 2N4427 (mentioned in the 2N3866 datasheet) will work better on 12 Volts and also be capable of about 1 Watt.
The 2N3553 will be capable of about 3 Watt.

Hello,
There can be an hazardus chemical in the battery called 1,2-dimethoxyethane.

Hello,
I noticed that some text is overlapping in the archive part index of the forum:
You now can hardly see the "electronic components" button.

Hello,
If you want to learn the basics of electronics with some tests, have a look at the worksheets on the partner site AAC:
https://www.allaboutcircuits.com/worksheets/
The worksheets are related to the "lessons in electronic circuits" on the bottom of the main forum page...
Hello,
Again no transistor types given.
I found a similar schematic here:
http://wiki.rc-network.de/index.php/Datei:Varioprop_8SAM_1.JPG
Looking at the inner of the system, the power can not be that much:

Bertus
Hello,
It is also strange that in the pulse part of the schematic, the transistor types are given, but not in the RF part.
Where did you find the schematic?
Was it on a website?
Perhaps there is more info over there.
Bertus
Hello,
As you said yourself, you posted your question on a very old thread.:
https://www.electronicspoint.com/forums/threads/philips-ds-9000-no-power.263718/
I have moved your post to a thread of your own, so you might get more attention.

Hello,
It is weird that a BD400 with an Ft of only 0.5 MHz is used in a 27 MHz transmitter.
For that posistion you would need a transistor with a Ft of at least 100 MHz, to have any effect.
