    Hello, Does the pen give a warning when it needs to be charged? I have a toothbrush with a lithium battery that has an 3 bar indicator. When the battery is "empty" the lowest led wil blink red, as sign that it needs charging. (the leds are only on when in use). Bertus

    Hello, The given circuit does not have an hysteresis. There is no switching point. The transistor can get into a linear mode.
