    I think it's going to be the other way around. Copper won't be as good as steel because of the skin depth. To allow copper to heat to the same degree the frequency would have to increase. I guess that's what they are doing for stoves that heat copper and aluminium pans. Adam

    You could maybe try putting them in series and use a buck. But you will only have the capacity of one cell. Although initially you would draw less average current from the battery. But as the voltage dropped this would increase and not give you much of a benefit. Adam

    Yes. Just try and take out every other magnet. You might find the gain is greater so you won't have to turn faster. You must try these different things to learn don't keep relying on simulation. Practice makes perfect! Adam

    Yes I get 1.1 V, if I reduce the loss of flux to only 10% I get 558 mV. One thing to try is to take out every other magnet and see what happens. This will allow for a greater difference in flux loss. You may have to spin it faster though. Adam
