    Beat me to it Gryd3, So I scrubbed what I was going to say except it sounds like one battery is deaded, gonner, all dried out!!!! If you're using both batteries the same way, and one lasts 0.15 mins and the other lasts 12.5 hours..... To get more power you will need to wire the two in parallel...

    Actually, 500 mA should be adequate for LEDs But without knowing the LEDs specifications it's hard to say. Just get anything with higher milli-amp output. 600, 700, 800 etc. The strip has current limiting resistors so no harm can be done. Martin

    My honest opinion would be to change the set for LEDs. 15 Watts is quite significant. You could wire 2 bulbs in parallel through a series string to halve what you have now.. In other words 5v bulbs in series.. Martin

    I have no idea and couldn't find anything with a quick search.. Have you checked with your DMM whether it makes any difference with and without jumper? A simple continuity check would verify either way.. Martin

    You would put this unit between the HDMI out and any other equipment. Or simply on the HDMI out. HDMI carries digital audio so the unit converts it to analog and out the RCA's.     It seems you have discovered the wire to the leds is ok! So that only leaves the adapter itself. 9v wont power the strip. It is a little on the small side, if each led is 3.2v or 3.5v x 3. (9.6v or 10.5v).. I think you need to get your soldering iron out and a new 12v adapter. Have...
