Help, I need to identify burnt chip.

I have seen many (and used one) third party ccfl driver to replace a failed driver. Perhaps there are replacement LED drivers for monitors. This is probably just some form of constant current driver, either buck or boost. However this, the compliance voltage and the required current are...

    Voltage Follower Doesn't Work

The ground if the reference for input and output signals. You need it.

Is there a circuit that can energize a coil on 110v, and to keep coil de energized on 220v.

BANG <-- that's the bit you ignored. If it is 85-265V then you don't have to switch it. I think that attempting to switch the voltage while the power supply is on is dangerous and should be abandoned as an idea.

If the backlighting ccfl or led?

Is there a circuit that can energize a coil on 110v, and to keep coil de energized on 220v.

Relays are pretty slow. Also those switches are not designed to be switched when the power is on. I would suggest that you risk a very large bang when the relay is operated. I'm very surprised that there is nobody in the United States that has the items you're looking for.

Get one that will operate from 95 to 265V. There not that uncommon.

It means that he emulated your circuit using Spice. Spice is an electronic circuit simulator.

    Voltage Follower Doesn't Work

If you read the datasheet and look at the output voltage swing for (what from memory was) a +/-15V power supply, it says the max output is 13V (again, from memory). This means that whatever your power supply, you should not expect the output to be able to be driven to within 2V of the power...

    Clear insulation tinned core wire

Try kynar wire with clear insulation. He is one source, probably relatively local to you. http://www.componentshop.co.uk/ultra-thin-insulated-connecting-wire-clear.html

    Clear insulation tinned core wire

One solution is enameled wire. It's not silver though, it's copper colored because the wire is... copper.

    Battery Pack Question

They provide a handy place to connect that polyfuse. Aside from that, not much.

    Battery Pack Question

What is written on it? Edit: ah, it's a polyfuse. Just desolder it and reuse it.

How to power a DC motor and Arduino off same battery?

You need to decouple the cordless drill and the Arduino. A diode (say a 1N4001) from the power supply feeding a large capacitor may be sufficient. Try a 1000uF 10V capacitor. (The voltage rating may be higher, it doesn't matter) One end of the diode will have a SSD stripe on it. The end...

If you replace it with a single 12V battery, wire a fuse of a similar rating in series with it.

    HP 54510A Power Supply Smelling

On the second page of your PDF, you show an SCR across the output of the 15.5V rail. The gate of this is controlled by the protection circuit. Remove the connection to the gate. The possibility also exists that this device is faulty. You may have to take it out of circuit. Once you disable...

Lowest power possible for driving segment LCD glass with accurate time

NXPs figures may be actual figures from a device rather than a maximum specified value. You'll note that the datasheet value are maximum figures,. Typically typical figures are lower.

    HP 54510A Power Supply Smelling

OK, so we have eliminated the rectifiers for the 15V supply. The clicking combined with the low 15V rail and the soft nature of the other rails is consistent with the protection circuit having triggered the SCR used as crowbar protection. My suggestion is that you disable the protection and...
