    Solar to motor

Actually, most likely it will have an open circuit voltage of 6V and a short circuit current of 100mA under specified (and likely unreproducable) conditions. You may get 90% of the peak current at 80% of the peak voltage if you can manage your load properly

    HP 54510A X-Y Mode

Some brief googling suggests it has an xy mode. Check the documentation on the Agilent web site. My phone is not the best place to read huge PDFs.

    LM317 2N3055 Variable Circuit Problems

Get some sleep. You'll be able to think better. When you're fresh, do these things: 1) Verify with the 9v battery that your lm317 is still working. 2) measure the DC voltage across the filter capacitors with them connected to the rectifier but the 317 not connected. 3) Assuming the voltage...

How is IOT different from Embedded Systems?

How do you "compete with hacking?" Does your usage of the word "with" most closely correspond to "using", "against", our something else?

    LM317 2N3055 Variable Circuit Problems

Yes, I wanted to know the voltage after the rectifier with the filter caps connected. It's not DC coming out of the bridge rectifier, you need the filter caps for that. It sounds like you have the caps connected before the LM317 rather than after the rectifier. Topologically, is the same...

    LM317 2N3055 Variable Circuit Problems

In theory of it works here it should also work from your transformer. But before you try it again, can you measure the voltage at the filter caps of this supply and let us know the voltage.

    Tube Light working Explained

Do you mean fluorescent tubes? They have a gas inside that is electrically stimulated to produce UV light and phosphor inside the tube to convert that to visible light.

    Searching for an Alternative component

Go to the manufacturers web site and see what other microcontrollers they have with the features you need. If one particular feature adds expense, consider whether it is really required or can be emulated in software.

    LM317 2N3055 Variable Circuit Problems

The actual point at which it happens depends on the load and the input voltage. You must have a reasonably new 9V battery, and you also have as close to zero load as is possible. It's all ok :)

    LM317 2N3055 Variable Circuit Problems

And the right meter should have read around 1.27 volts until the output voltage rose to about 6.5 or 7 volts. Correct?

    Frankenstein's Components.

Don't be too quick to call them nutcases. Scammers, perhaps, but there is a vast number of people in the world that fervently believe mutually incompatible things on the basis of almost nothing. As a species we're very good at spotting patterns (even ones that don't exist), because the penalty...

PCB from speakers broken please help

Looking at everything but the third image, I would have said that the capacitors have had their electrolyte leak out and need replacement. However the third image shows similar goop, but in an arrangement which looks more like the placement of glue than the flow of leakage. Is the substance in...

How is IOT different from Embedded Systems?

I would argue that network access is sufficient since the difference between that and internet access is simply a security issue. The device itself may not know or care. What if the device has no internet access by itself, but communicates with something that does? Does it have to use IP, or...
