    Reset button for relay switch

While your relay operation works, it is however back-to-front or commonly known as negative logic. Operation in the normal world is.... close (power up) the relay tomake the pump run. Otherwise you'll just get yourself all confused.

    Reset button for relay switch

Easy......use a push button as a start with one of your relay contacts(or an aux relay) as a hold-in across the start button. Your float switch then becomes a series stop switch. The latter would of course have to be normally closed during normal operation.

    EPROMS and transistors

Tci and eprom rarely go together given the former is old technology. Cdi is another kettle of fish however and only suggestion to your query would be to study the operation of the elements you ask about. When you no longer need to ask about those elements then you might be ready to move onto...

    Retro-fitting elevator display

Microcontrollers do not handle 24v. You will have to use resistor dividers to ensure the voltage never exceeds the 5 v or 3.3v or whatever each micro is rated for.

    LED Ohm Resistor Question

You will not drive 60 leds in one series circuit. Each LED (depending on type) will have a certain voltage requirement so you will need an amount of series/parallel circuits. Best to use driver modules off Ebay. Cheap and effective.

    KJD series switches.

Maybe I read it wrong but wondering how you expect a time delay to operate after the power shuts down to your power supply units.

    need some help finding something

Just wondering why you need high current capability from a USB outlet.? If you don't "trust" the rating then why not go to some other connector type?

    Low voltage output.

I think you will have to show the board and essentially where you obtained the measurements quoted above. Latest pic is a microprocessor.
