Ampacity of brass/thickness of brass wire needed

Strange request. However, here is a table, (didn't take much to find on Google) You will see copper is 4 times approx better conductivity than brass. Resistivity is 8 times . http://www.tibtech.com/conductivity.php

    Buying components from China.

Works ok for me. Cost can be as much as 1/4 the price and delivered to ones door included. Minimum cost of post alone in Aus is usually more than the cost of the components. As far as quality, most that are ok for the hobbyist. If it was for a commercial product, ok for testing prototypes but...

Need help getting guitar volume pedal to work with tattoo power supply

Not possible to even guess what would be inside the guitar effects pedal but it would be audio related. If just a pot then perhaps it could be modified but not a "beginner with little electronics knowledge" project. Supply you linked to already has a foot pedal input and a speed adjustment, so...

Wired, rechargeable battery powered overhead LED lights

Why not fit a couple of solar lights....plenty to pick from, cheap too, easy to set up

use a PIR sensor as a light sensor switch

The LDR is used as a conditional section of the pir complete circuit...ie if dark enough then....... Hacking into this is just not practical given the number and cost of basic LDRs which will do the job for about $15

Trying to make a transistor cancel another transistor

Perhaps the Op is referring to a transistor flip flop where one transistor section "steals" bias from the other .

sound frequency resulting from coil windings

    10A too much..?? :) Ok then...there is this 5V @100mA. https://www.adafruit.com/product/1201

    Winco generator not producing electricity

The Winco site provides quite a lot of info on their products including manuals and diagrams also.

sound frequency resulting from coil windings

Windings don't have to be loose to play a tune....look at brushless motors.

    Power From Sterling Engine

If you look at the link I provided you will see they drive the load directly from the sterling engine. They quote 1600rpm but the engine shown is NOT a 50c puppy. I'm guessing the output there would be around 150mW to the electrics with fractional horses to spare.

sound frequency resulting from coil windings

Frequency in (power)is frequency out.(sound wave) Motor coils act like speaker coil at high hz.

    Power From Sterling Engine

There are numerous ways and motor types but as already mentioned, not much power. I have built a couple of these engines myself (not with generator though) in the past and just out of interest I did a Google and came up with many, this being just one. Maybe give some direction and you could...

Corrosion on the framework, probably something spilled on it (coffee, softdrink) but jack looks ok.

Change the speed of ac motor .

It's a series motor...look for triac phase angle controller. There was discussion on one of the above not so long ago ( commercially available) Plug in unit up to around 10a load if I remember correctly.

Connect a 2 coil stator to 3 phase ESC possible?

Looks to me like some form of high frequency induction motor designed to be run from a specific controller. Wondering why you don't use the original controller. Re-inventing the wheel to me seems rather pointless.o_O

Connect a 2 coil stator to 3 phase ESC possible?

Cannot see any image.... permanent magnets make me think it's dc, not ac. Need to see more detail ...
