20 KV output Cockroft Walton generator

• Stages: 10
• Input: ~700 V RMS AC at ~1 kHz (from inverter + transformer)
• Capacitors: 470 nF polypropylene film HV capacitors (≈3–4 kV rating per stage)
• Diodes: 4.2 kV high-voltage diodes
• Expected output (no-load): ≈ 20 kV DC
  will it work or not ? please suggest me

That PDF.tells me nothing! You got a schematic to go with it. I know its big brother predecessor worked in the 1940s to build an atomic bomb.
