Hi, I am starting with this hobby, and i would build  http://www.electronics-lab.com/projects/rf/021/index.html this RF Project, but i have proble to find varicapt condensator 0~45pF trimmer .

may you tell me about an e-shop where i can buy this and other components?

You won't find a trimmer capacitor that goes down to zero pF. There are many of them that go from a few pF to 30pF or 35pF. If the tuning needs to go to a higher frequency then subtract a turn or two to the coil. If the tuning needs to go to a lower frequency then add a turn or two to the coil.

www.digikey.com has many trimmer capacitors. You don't say your country in your profile so we don't know if you can shop there.

May I make this substitution for the trimmer components?

10-60pF trimmer -> 5,5-65pF Trimmer
4-20pF  trimmer ->  5-20pF Trimmer
7-35pF trimmer -> 8-40pF Trimmer
