I need some old chips removed from pcb & new ones fitted.
I have the chips.

I am but I am in Surrey. I can do the job though ( if I'm correct in assuming you want some ic's removed and new ones put back on)

Correct,
The chips are at a guess say 12mm long by 5mm wide.
Do you require a photo ?
