CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT KIND OF RELAY SHOULD I USE!!!!!!

I  was trying to make this build up this sound activating switch, but i cont what kind of relay should i use. please provide me with a link when i can buy the right relay from ebay or amazon, or anyother place. thank you.. i attached the schematics thank you very much.

There are many type of relay.
What are you using the relay for?

The instructions for the kit say, "we recommend using a 7 to 9 volt relay with a coil resistance of 500 ohms or greater".
