Can you help me indetifying the components? (LED Hourglass)

Can you help me make a list of needed material?

it's a kit, it will have all the components in it
it will also have the circuit board and circuit diagram

Thanks for the fast reply. I was just wondering if I could know what elements the kit contains without actually buying it.(The elements are cheaper in my country and I have to make my own board).

well we cannot see the markings on the ICs or the transistors

Someone told me they are 555 and 4017.

That one is less than 1/2 the price of the other site
I really doubt you could get all the parts including the circuit board for less that $10.99

Why do you "have to" make your own board?

If you buy the kit, you will probably save money overall because the company that makes it will get the boards manufactured in quantity which makes them cheaper.

They provide a "manual" for the kit at http://www.electrokit.com/productFile/download/335 but it doesn't have a parts list and it doesn't show values for the resistors.
