Justification:
At the out point there is fixed voltage of 12V and 10 amps. If i put an LED of 0,7V forward voltage drop and the current i want to pass through is 20mA, then the resistance value is
(12 - 0.7)/20mA = 0.5K Ohm. Hopefully it is correct now.

Where are you going to find one of those? Visible-light LEDs generally have a Vfwd of at least ~1.8V (depending on the light colour).

Yes, as far as the LED arrangement is concerned (though you might find the LED needs a higher value resistor if too bright). I haven't checked the rest of the circuit.

One additional requirement is the efficiency shall be greater than or between 90-95%. Can it be achieved?

What does your sim tell you? Compare the power provided by the supply to the power dissipated in the load.
