collector dynamic ro (2N2222)

Hi guys,

please I need to know the value of the collector dynamic resistance of the BJT NPN transistor of philips (2N2222) , I looked for it in the product data sheet but it wasn't there so please if any body have idea about it please tell me ( its urgent) also I need the beta.

Hi Meee,
The beta is shown on all transistor's datasheets and is called "hFE".

The dynamic resistance is called "impedance" and is shown on only a few transistor's datasheets. The impedances are affected by temperature, voltage, current and frequency.
Fairchild's 2N3904 datasheet shows a graph of the Input Impedance of a common-emitter transistor without an emitter resistor. They also show a graph of the reciprical its output impedance called Output Admittance. The output impedance is 1/output admittance. ;D
