Im building a outdoor gas cook top. It requires 110v power for igniter. It there a way to convert it to a battery push button?

Most patio BBQ's have this simple feature built in via a Piezo spark ignition. Battery operated.

Not even battery. At least on my grill, they are strictly mechanical in (push the button), HV (spark) out.

Google 'piezo igniter'. They're readily available and cheap.

There's two major types. The piezo ones where the button makes a loud "clack" and it produces a spark without a battery. There's also electronic ones that run off a battery and produce repetitive sparks when the button is pressed.

Either will work, it's up to you which you prefer to use, though the latter type could take the place of the 110V one more easily and you don't have to hit the button multiple times if it doesn't light on the first try.
