Anyone know where to find a simple laymens/dummies explaination of this?I have just started my electronics tech class at city college in San Diego and am already lost.The instructor i slittle help either!

coulomb's law? why, it's everywhere! try the following links i have posted below.. BOOKS! electronics and physics books have discussions about coulomb.. Schooling is really difficult.. some things that are said to be the "basics" are complicated.. Good luck!
