I've done this today, it works fine, it took me about 30 min to make the board. The pages that i use do not absorve the toner, you can remove from the pages with your fingers if you want to. The transfer process took about 5 minutes, very fast and clean.

Hello

I do this all the time, except I use a cloths Iron instead of a transfer thingy. Wooks good. Also I use regular office gloss paper, its just like magizne paper and I don't have to worry about recking my printer.

I did my board with cloths Iron also, it took about 2 min to transfer the toner, and like the photos in that link, the design came out perfet.

Hello
Either way, some people swear by photo paper. I tried it, it takes forever to soak the paper off. mag paper all most falls of when it hits the water.
What I would like to learn more about is coatings.
                                  have fun

Yes, the process is very easy, here some photos of my board, so easy and you dont have to try "x" times, just put the board under water and it's done, can't be more easy than this, and is very cheap.

Hello!

I've done a few more boards using this magazine paper, and it works like a charm. I think i've about 30 or 40 boards every and each one perfect.

Also works fine to make component map.

Sorry but that is not my page ;)
Yes, i do use magazine paper in my printer, just cut the paper and glue or put some tape to fixate the page OVER the normal A4 printer paper.
