Please help me by Recreating same 230v to 12v 2amp PCB same BOM compents (for low cost effective Making) for PCB images given for reference.

It's just few components and will take 20 minutes or less to do this design copying and simulation of circuit or I am not expert in designing, I am only a basic user and collector in electronics so please help me.
