Hi

What can I use to generate a clock signal that has approximately 200MHz, I need an input signal that has roughly this frequency to test my coincidence circuit.

You can find crystal oscillators that provide fixed-frequency outputs, including 200 MHz models, or programmable oscillators that can be set to a specific frequency.
If you need a flexible testing setup, a bench-top signal generator can generate precise clock signals at virtually any frequency, including 200 MHz. Keysight or Rohde & Schwarz signal generators can provide a 200 MHz clock signal with fine control over signal characteristics such as amplitude and phase noise.
