Where can I get the datasheet and manual of the ZTEIC/Nationz Z32L256U secure MCU? I have tried many search engines and datasheet databases, but none could find them. By the way, the company is Nationz now, and was named ZTEIC before. Thanks for your help.

Ask the manufacturer directly. Chances are that the datasheet is only available to select customers who sign a NDA due to the secure mechanism.
