I think what you are trying to do is build a burglar alarm. Maybe you want a time delay to give you time to open the door and shut the alarm off before the siren sounds. Or maybe you want the alarm to sound like 15 minutes and then shut off. Do a search for burglar alarm circuits and you will find a few. Don't try to reinvent the wheel!
