In your other post, you said you wanted a 100mhz amplifier, I presume that you need an amplifier running at 10^9 faster than this, i.e. 100MHz.
What power do you want?
Valves would be easier to use than transistors but are lethal.
In the US, the ARRL publish a handbook which gives details of amplifiers.
In the UK, the RSGB publish a handbook also.
Get one of these and study the cicuitry.

well you didnt give us much to go on
if you want good answers then you need to supply good background information as to what you are trying to achieve

When is this project due? Did your instructor specify,.. transistor, vacuum tube, wattage, etc?
