designing a antenna tuner

Can anyone help me build an antenna tuner that will tune a wire antenna to gmrs freqs (460-470 mhz fm) thanks guys. Oh and if you help me give me your address and I will hook you up with a free cb radio and a groundplane for it

that's not what I asked for and I only have 1 cb radio so thr person who helps me with schematics and syuff gets it after my aproval
