dpdt switch - pinouts and how its used

need help on using a on-off-on switch.  especially the pin outs and how it connects.  what pin are to what switch

go to the high voltage stuff section page 3 click on 12 volts led power input indicator you will see circuit details for this circuit includeing the details of useing these switches
