my lcd tv turns on fine. runs for 30 minutes, shuts off. will not power back up(led flashes red grn) untill cool(unplug-wait 30 minuties). visual inspection of caps looks good. will run for hours with power board exposed and fan blowing directly on it. resoldered bottom of board to eliminate cold solder problems. tightened all heat sink components mounting screws. the fan fixes the problem. not a practical solution however. my pcb board knowledge is very limited. mostly have electrical experience not electronic. most of these attempted fixes were suggestions from local electronics supply store and net surfing.
