If you google for "final year ee projects" you will find a lot of sites that provide ideas.
However, you should probably consider a number of things:
1) you interests
2) your desired career focus
3) past projects.
To paraphrase that, and somewhat explain it; you want to work to your strengths, do something that would be relevant or interesting to your first employer, and something within the bounds of complexity of previous well received projects.
You might also consider your environment. Depending on where you are (could be Kansas or Karachi) some projects may have more or less local relevance.
