Geneva XXL from 2012

The Cd Player of my Geneva XXL from 2012 is not working properly. It is getting cut off every once in a while. what can I do or where can I replace the cd player?
Any reply would be really appreciated

It may simply need a clean.
Are you able to open the unit and clean the laser?.
