Google before posting

Hi everybody!
i came across this topic http://www.electronics-lab.com/forum/index.php?topic=4663.0 it's about searching google first before posting in the forum.. you can vote twice.

  Doing a good search would be the best way but to someone new asking question first seems like a easier way to keep there interests going. How to ask the right question or do a good search takes time to learn too. I guess what ever it takes.

...what kind of a forum tells people to go somewhere else? Not a helpful one like ours.
