i am a newbie in electronics
plz tell me about heat sensor project

What about them? Do you want a thermostat, absolute reading, relative reading, rate of change, etc? Thermocouple? We need more to go on if you want help. What are you trying to accomplish? Do you want to use a computer or microcontroller? A comparator?
