Help make this Circuit from Schematic

Here is the schematic-

I'm not sure which end of the transistors should be the E and which end should be the C. Can you tell by where the arrow is on the Transistor?

But NPN transistors aren't all made the same way right? Some transistors have E at the opposite end to other transistors I think.

You know by looking at the datasheet. Once you know the physical pinout, Then constructing a schematic with real parts is easy. Just don't fall in to the trap that your physical circuit needs to look like the schematic to work, all that matters is the connections from one part to the other.

You mean the data sheet for the transistor? So on the schematic the flat side of the transistor will be the same flat side of the transistor on the data sheet?

jacoroko is right.
In the diagram, the transistor emitter is the arrow.
The base is the vertical line
The collector is the third connection.

You need to look up the data sheet to see what the 'pin out' is.

Be careful that you get the right pin out diagram, the BC184 and BC184L are the same transistor but with different pin out.

A typical data sheet for any component will show all the pin out notations for that device, and the power voltage current and gain for that device, its all in the data sheet.

You will need maybe to look up some of the terminology used in the specification, but the net / web is very useful.
