Hi to all expert in electronic,

I am newbie of electronic, but i had project designing a dc to ac. I need some idea on how to design and details circuit diagram. please some one give me idea or diagram of 12vDC inverted to 220vAC that generate sinewave oscillator...

Maybe you want to make a pure sine-wave inverter that is powered from a 12V battery and produces 220VAC?

Inverters are rated in how much power they can produce. You did not say one word about how much power you need from an inverter.

i think you right sir.  i want to design a machine that can supply a power of 220v from battery of 12v transfer to 220v. let me site and example sir, like power interruption, when there is a black out of supply the battery will be the one to supply all machine that has 220v power. that battery is 12vc.. i hope you can help about this project sir...i need some best idea...

Hi,

How much power do you want the converter to be able to give you? What are you going to power with it?

Regards,
Alex

I think he wants to power his entire city with a little inverter that must not be expensive.

Sounds like a typical project specification. "We want a device that does everything, we will tell you new requirements one day before prototyping, it needs to be smaller than a matchbox, have zero power consumption, we want it yesterday, and for free."

I'll try to ask my comrad about what he want to invent a machine and i will rise your question to him so that there will be confusing on my part..

No one's going to design the whole thing for you.

I'll give you an idea as to the basic building blocks and you can go away and research them.

A pure sinewave inverter has three main components: a sinwave gennerator, DC-DC converter and a class D amplier.

The 12VDC is boosted to just above the peak voltage of the AC output which is in this case 220√2 = 311V so the DC bus should be around 320V to 350V.

A class D amplifier is connected to the DC bus.

The input to the class D amplifier is connected to a very stable sine wave oscillator.

A class D amplifier uses high frequency PWM and a low pass filter and is much more efficient than a normal audio amplifier which is why it is used.

Research the following for more information:

PWM (Pulse Width Modulation).
h-bridge.
Class D amplifer.
DC-DC converter.
Sine wave oscillator.

Please don't ask any more questions until you've thouroughly researched the above.
