Hi Shahriar,
In Google, enter in the search box Silicon Chip Micromitter.
The 1st link is their FM stereo transmitter project that is rock-stable due to its crystal-controlled phase-locked-loop adjustable tuning system and other good stuff. It has an attenuator on its output to limit its range to meet Australia's laws.
The main IC is from Rhom (in the Orient), who made a previous crappy radio IC something like the Philips one. Check out rhom.com, they make lotsa good stuff.
Philips still makes crappy radio IC's, but they use "scanning" for tuning and are tiny surface-mount only. I think the part number is TDA7015 or something close. Chinese companies make cheaper copies. ;D
