Hope everything‘s OK?
I’ll be anticipating your return by practicing.

those spotting scopes are quite cool with the non-image inverting technology! and the nitrogen for the misting of the scopes!

been out of action for a bit hoping to get back on with the project soon i.e. finish the custom made inverter board from easyeda and finish the controller board with the (50Hz toggling signal, the ESC, and the screen with the voltage sensor and current sensor)!! and get the wheel moving and producing a voltage will probably finish the boards first because the work shop is out of action until the end of January might do a couple more columns of the spectrum analyzer too, we'll see what happens!

many thanks I'll keep you posted about my progress

That information is priceless, I have been procrastinating to read all day but now am. It's good stuff

okay so now i understand how the circuits work how do you go about selecting the right values for the components I know in the pdf it said for the bootstrap capacitors, between 47uf and 68uf at 50hz, as for the diodes, they need to be fast switching diodes, how then do you choose the MOSFETS resistors, may sound stupid but it wasn't obvious to me, again thank you

I want alternating current of just shy of 80v

You will find the answer to your question here:
when.html
on my internet can't access!
At those voltages and switching conditions, layout and grounding can become just as important as the IR2110 itself. Long gate traces, poor bootstrap capacitor placement, or insufficient decoupling can easily cause unstable high side drive behaviour. I’d also verify the low side first with a resistive load before testing the full bridge. In a lot of power electronics discussions, whether using generic parts or components sourced through suppliers like Fonhuaicho, the final stability usually comes down to PCB layout and switching transients rather than the driver IC alone.
