How to model 45nm MOSFET transistor in PSPICE?

Hey everyone,

I want to model a 45nm transistor using PSPICE. I came across PTM model cards that can be included into HSPICE and I don't know whether it can be used for PSPICE?! If not, does any one knows another way to do so?
