i need help in inductors

i need to make inductor in specific value and i have all math formula but i find difficulty . how i can make any inductor in any value or in any frequency
notice (in my country there are no inductor as me like)

for such a case ,it depends on the frequency respose you want .
Inductance L is proportional to the number of turns you give to the coil ...
Although it is  a theoretical thing ,pracically it also depends on the material of the coil...
