Anyone looking for a inverter, usually wants to POWER something from it. ;D

Maybe it is powered by watch batteries and they don't want to admit that a 1W load overloads it!

It is simply a language barrier. The use of e-mail is popular so that they can translate the message easier. English is obviously not their main language.
