There are lots of MP3 modules available which play any MP3 recording. Most of these modules allow a limited amount of control via pushbuttons or control inputs. Functions include for example play, stop, next, previous.
You can use a remote control unit with relay or photocoupler outputs to control the MP3 module's control inputs.

Op may want to think along lines of a car radio with mp3 read option then.
One with a remote naturally.

Thank you for your suggestions, the lights flash with the relay and the mp3 card plays sound when I press the button. The engine makes noise when the vehicle is started. I also added AURDINO, its lights turn on and off when turned on. I added a relay for left and right signal. Blinking.

Hello, to solve this problem, I added resistors to the ends of the card and I was able to listen to the signal from the receiver end. When I press the remote control, the sound plays and stops.
