Is this ok or will it cause problems?

I'm about to send my pcb off to be printed but I'm not sure if this will cause problems it is the via hole which is offset to the other hole in the image below. Could someone help?

Usually if there is a problem, the pcb manufacturer will find it during any check.
Why make it that way to begin with?

So you are saying you sent the pcb files off to the manufacturer, their techs look at it and said it is ok...correct?

No the DRC in Easy EDA said its fine

It'll work - not good practise but it'll work.

It will work. The shape is 8. We made this kind of holes. Is the diameter 1.6mm?
