lcd 22' gone off no 5 volts

I have a ferguson F2206LVD2 HD ready lcd tv +DVD ,it started ok for 4 years .Suddenly it stopped coming on . any one knows this fault

You titled this "no 5 volts", does this mean you have the set open and have been tracing the circuit?

My primary suspect would be burst capacitor(s) on the PSU board, domed on top, possibly leaking crusty residue.

Your PSU board might look like the following and the cap(s) mostly likely to fail are in the group on the left towards the bottom:
