Can soem one help me??
I need the rectifier circuit which can made the LED voltmeter to measure the AC 200 voltage.

You just need to rectify the input with diodes just like you would with any circuit. Just diodes and a cap for ripple. Then adjust the pot so that it reads correctly.

What value of a Cap would suit the rectifier circuit for measuring a voltage of approx 250 - 300 Volts AC.

There is another thread in this section (Projects Q/A) that is much longer. Some members did not want to go through that long thread and started this one. Unfortunately, some of the same questions are being asked here. I highly recommend that you read through the pages of the other thread. There you will find discussions of laying out the voltmeter and also comments about making it work with AC voltage.
