I am desperately looking for documentation on TW8823 LCD Controller from Intersil: Pinout, full datasheet, user’s guide…

Any help will be greatly appreciated

This may be kind of late, but I noticed that these are still for sale at Mouser.com. Cool part. The datasheet there has a link that says you can get the full datasheet from Intersil. Curious, I went there and you have to register/login to get access to the full datasheet. It was last updated on Feb 5, 2015. http://www.intersil.com/en/products/end-market-specific/automotive-ics/display-processors/TW8823C.html# --->Look on the top right, it says "Request Full Datasheet" under the Datasheet PDF button.
